Icon Swaps is a promotion that EA has run multiple times in the Ultimate Team calendar, allowing players to earn tokens through in-game objectives that can be used to claim icons and package rewards through SBC.

A release date for FUT 23's Icon Swaps 1 hasn't been set yet, but judging from releases from previous years, we have a pretty good idea of when it will arrive.
The first set of icon swaps arrives at former FIFA on the following dates:
FIFA 22 – December 15
FIFA 21 – December 12
As such, we expect FIFA 23's Icon Swap Episode 1 to be released on Monday, December 12th.
